All building and septic permits are issued by the Board of Trustees at a regularly scheduled meeting. Depending on the size and nature of your building project, the permit approval process could take anywhere from 8 weeks to 8 months or longer.

Complete application packets must be submitted to the Clerk at least two weeks prior to a regularly-scheduled meeting.
